1). Our illustrated maps are designed from the beginning based on the regular topographic maps of the cities they represent. Therefore it is a necessary precondition for using our illustrations as navigational support, that the user must be able to read and use a regular topographic map at first place.

However, all though an accuracy of 99% is achieved in comparison to the regular topographic map, our illustrations depict that topographic in a prospective view following the prospective rules of painting, in order to achieve the illusion of a 3dimensional surface for our illustrations. In that way, various deformations are performed and thus some parts of the map may be elongated or suppressed in size.

2). As a consequence of these deformations, while distances remain proportionally correct between them, specific parts of the area depicted, may vary in size or shape in a scale comparison to the real terrain they represent. That feature places our illustrated maps to the "variable scale" type of prospective designs, such as the 3D "birds eye view’s" are.

Therefore, our illustrations can not be used for calculations that requires or produce "absolute measurements" for time, distances, shapes or sizes.

3). Our illustrated maps are designed to be used as a recreational mean that helps general navigational purposes for a loose walk-around and we sincerely do not recommend to be used under any condition of navigational stress, for professional or any other emergency or other liable way for the user.

When absolute accuracy in calculation is needed, use a regular topographic map which is designed to provide all metrical features in the proper accuracy level for such use.

4). Therefore, TERRA NAVIGA can not be held responsible or liable for refund or compensation at any form towards users for damages or loses of any kind, occurred by using our illustrations in not recommended ways or for reasons that is not been designed for, as been described above, as well as in any other use, even the recommended one.

5) IMPORTANT: There are no warranties expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose accompanying our product. Our product is a piece of Art, designed to serve general informational purposes and increase geographical consciousness, only.

It is not have been designed to be suitable for legal, engineering, professional, surveying or any other liable specific purpose or use. 

In any case,  the user is the sole responsible for using this product and he is doing it under his own risk.   

6). So, use this product as everyone else, with reasonable caution and common sense and never forget, all ways be prepared and be aware for your safety when visiting and exploring an unknown terrain.
