1)  TERRA NAVIGA is a creative studio specialised on the production of handmade illustrated maps and other 3D physical and digital designs. Copyrights of all Items presented and sold in our official webpage and E-shop belong to TERRA NAVIGA and are protected by the local, European and international laws of copyright protection. 

2). We are the only ones that holds the rights of reproduction in any possible physical or digital form.  The buyer of our products, be it retail or wholesale , recognise that Copyrights belong 100% to TERRA NAVIGA. Only TERRA NAVIGA or third parties with written permission has the right to conduct bulk and retail sales of our maps.

3). Therefore, for to sell in retail our product, you will be granted a written permission to do so, which comes with the obligation to buy our product only from TERRA NAVIGA or a cooperator granted with a permission to do so. As a retailer you have the right to sell it only in your premises.                                                                                                                                                     This specific permission does not include any reproduction rights for his holder, neither implies the right to conduct  wholesales to third parties besides your direct customers in your premises.                                                                                                                                                            If you wish to be a wholesale cooperator selling to other retailers, an additional permission/agreement can be granted by TERRA NAVIGA on demand.

4). All legal reproductions bear the logo of TERRA NAVIGA and the designers name (Epameinondas Kaiafas) in both sides in a discreet but visible manner. Any unauthorised reproduction or sale in any printed or digital form, partially or as whole is strictly forbidden. 

5)  Any violation of the above terms is meet by the penalties of the local and international  copyright protection laws.
