CANCELATION FOR CUSTOMISED ADVERTISING PACKAGES
1) BEWARE: Customised items orders for advertising reasons are print produced on demand especially for you, therefore they can not be returned or canceled after production has started, shipped, or already delivered, since they can not be available to clients other than you.
2) The only case a cancelation will be accepted and a refund 100% will be available towards you, is the one that reach our office prior the start of printing process (proof of print order will be provided).
3). If a cancelation request of yours is communicated to us after print production is started or completed and before shipping, we will only refund to you the initial shipping costs, if you don’t wish any more to receive the merchandise. The printing costs including VAT will be withhold as our fair and legal compensation for our working time and expenses for the specific production, even if you don’t wish any more to receive the merchandise.
4). In case that you refuse acceptance of good standing customised merchandise that produced for and has been send to you, because you change your mind or any other reason, TERRA NAVIGA will not accept any request of return or refund towards you, at all, if the merchandise is already arrived to you and the transaction will be considered by us as fairly completed.
5) TERRA NAVIGA is responsible only for refund and not replace, any damaged pieces or lost customised items be it because of the transporters mishandling (as it’s been described in our shipping terms and cancelation policy sections in this website) or TERRA NAVIGA’s fault (bad prints or deformed items found within good standing package).
CANCELATION / REFUND POLICY FOR WHOLESALES AND BULK ORDERS
1). Please notice that Wholesale and Bulk sales are available only to customers that provide their official valid registration numbers. ( Tax office and VAT registration numbers).
2) BEWARE: For wholesale and bulk orders the shipping costs could be expensive. Returning a bulk order of good condition because you change your mind will be your obligation and will be on your own expense, before you can be entitled for a refund. So, it would be better for both parties to be speared from such inconvenience and time loss, by following a simple directive:
If you wish to purchase a large amount of any given item of ours for resale purposes, it’s better to order few of them so as you can be sure that they fit your needs and purposes, before you place a bulk order.
3). Cancelation of a good standing retail or wholesale order can be accepted by TERRA NAVIGA in the below occasions only and by the terms as described.
4). If a customer wishes to cancel his order he can do so by sending an email to our web site within 14 days. However refund or replacement depends on the time of notice arrival.
If cancelation notice is received prior shipment, that is before we deliver the merchandise to the transporter, TERRA NAVIGA will accept canceling and will refund customers payment 100%.
5). If cancelation notice is arrived after shipment (proof will be provided) it will not be accepted by TERRA NAVIGA and the transaction could and will be considered as fairly completed, given that merchandise will arrive in good condition to the customer. However if the customer insist to return a good standing order that is already shipped or received by him (“change of mind”), he could get a partial refund only if he fulfil the terms as described below:
6). If a cancelation concerns good standing regular maps, without the customers’s advertise and info, TERRA NAVIGA will accept its return for any reason (“change of mind “etc.) only if the customer ships the merchandise back to TERRA NAVIGA, within 5 days after the merchandise has been delivered in his premises. He is obliged to cover all shipping expenses for its return. All items that are damaged or lost while the merchandise is in the customers hands, must be compensated to TERRA NAVIGA equally to their initial exclusive VAT wholesale price. If these terms meet by the customer, TERRA NAVIGA will refund him within 5 days after receiving the merchandise back, with the initial merchandise net cost payed, minus the initial shipping costs and VAT charges (If any).
7). In case that a shipped order, retail or wholesale, has to be returned automatically because the customer did not accept delivery of a good conditioned package or no one was there to accept it or the given address is incorrect and the customer can not be located by the transporter, the shipped merchandise has to be returned on TERRA NAVIGA’s expenses.
8). Therefore, in the case that a cancelation automatically occurs because of a customers fail or denial to receive, TERRA NAVIGA will only compensate the customers initial payment, minus VAT (if any), the initial shipment and return shipment costs that occurred, within 5 working days after we receive the returned merchandise in our premisses (proof of arrival will be send to the customer).
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If an automated return occurs because of the reasons mentioned in the above paragraph (), TERRA NAVIGA will not proceed to refund the customer, if a cancelation request is not send via our contact form in our official webpage: www.terranaviga.com, and until the mentioned terms are accepted and fulfilled by the customer.
9) If the merchandise concerns customised items especially designed for the customer there will be no refund at all.
10). Any replacement or refund for bad items because of TERRA NAVIGA’s fault, will be performed only if damaged or bad items are presented visually (photo’s or video). In that case TERRA NAVIGA will refund totally the items payed value (Inclusive VAT if any), or replace them on our expense with no additional cost to the customer.
11). In case of a cancelation that occurs on our part for any reason, TERRA NAVIGA will inform customer by email or telephone and refund his initial payment 100% within 48 hours from notice. No other compensation of any kind is available or agreed in that case.
12). All cancelation or return requests of any reason will be considered by TERRA NAVIGA, only if notice arrives to us, not later than 14 days from the delivery date and will be addressed according to the merchandise laws and the terms and conditions as been described in this page.

1). If a customer wishes to cancel his order he can do so by sending an email to our web site. However refund or replacement depends on the reason of cancel and the time of notice arrival.
2). If cancelation notice is received prior shipment, that is before we deliver the item to the transporter, TERRA NAVIGA will accept canceling and will refund customers payment 100%,within 5 days.
3) If cancelation notice of a good standing order is arrived after shipment or delivery to the customer, it will only be accepted by TERRA NAVIGA if the customer return the items purchased on his own expense.
In that case, TERRA NAVIGA, will refund customers initial payment, minus the initial shipping costs, within 5 working days after the items arrived in good condition to our premises (proof of arrival will be provided to the customer).
If customer don’t accept and fulfil the above terms, concerning the cancelation of an already shipped order that stands in good condition (“change of mind”), TERRA NAVIGA is not obliged to accept any compensation or refund of any kind towards customer and the transaction will be considered by us as fairly completed.

5) No cancelation or return is accepted after a bad standing package is received by the customer in vivo.
6). If you find out that a package arrives somehow dis-formed, broken, opened, wet or in any other bad condition, we strongly recommend to refuse its acceptance. If the package is to be delivered without your presence, don’t open it when you get it. In those cases you are entitled for a full refund or replacement with out any additional cost, given that a photograph of the damaged package is provided by you.
7) In the very rear case of finding within a good standing package that you
receive, a product destroyed in any form or the product is not what you ordered, TERRA NAVIGA will fully refund or replace your order with no other additional cost for you. Please notice, that this will happen only if you provide us with visual proof of the case.
8). In case of a cancelation that occurs on our part for any reason, TERRA NAVIGA will inform customer by email or telephone and refund his initial payment 100% within 48 hours from notice. No other compensation of any kind is available in that case.
